Some hooded individuals prowling in the Rosewood-Carlisle alley at night around 9:20, near the rear of 1618 S. Rosewood St. You can see they have two-tone blue hoodies and tan shorts with high socks. The weather is getting warmer and it doesn't seem they are deterred by the alley lighting.
