I recommend that the homeowners with these complaints band together and hire a lawyer to sue the City to make them do their jobs and add legal costs on. Everybody else sues the City. Add in those who have potholes and you will have a sizeable pot of money to collect for a good lawyer. Sue the &^^%& out of the City!!! State road??? Throw in the State as a defendant!
