Sidewalks Archived532-538 North Person Street Raleigh, North Carolina - Blount CorridorThis sidewalk was damaged by a City of Raleigh crew when they removed the tree that used to grow from the stump they left. That was two months ago. Both the sidewalk and crosswalk are unusable by wheelchairs or walkers. This is the only 'safe' way for pedestrians to cross this intersection but it is impassable for handicapped residents at the Murphy School, located a block south at Polk St.
Please send that crew back to repair their damage and connect the crosswalk to the sidewalk. -
