Would it be possible for the curb cut/sidewalk into Raymond Park to get patched? In particular the transition from the road surface to the concrete is really rough, plus a few transitions between concrete panels on the sidewalk itself. Thanks for looking into it.

One of the recently planted young trees by the Field St parking lot at Danehy has fallen over - perhaps pray during a gust of wind?

This short sign post with a reflective warning sign across from the St. Peter's Field parking lot is only attached with one bit so it Leanna and can swing around. I guess the second mounting bolt broke?

This is a very small issue, but the placard above the pedestrian audible signal button at the southeast corner of the Huron/Lakeview intersection, for people trying to go across Huron northward, is pointing the wrong way. The arrow on the button itself points in the correct direction (left in the photo), but the sign above it doesn't. Funny little thing that would be good to correct someday.

This is intended to be a separate request from nearby bike rack requests on Upland near Nails by Porter (recent SCF report #5955401, and a previous damaged bike rack request I made last November, #4999693).

Specifically, it would be really helpful if some bike racks are installed on Mass Ave in front of the new 1868 Hotel/Caffe Nero. Even though the hotel isn't open yet and the cafe is new, there were three bike locked up to signposts out front this morning. A few racks on Mass Ave, and a couple more on the wide sidewalk adjacent to the cafe on Upland would be great (plus fixing the broken/missing racks on the opposite side of Upland). Thanks for all the work you put into this!

Several contractor patches on Upland Rd. adjacent to the Hotel 1868 are sagging and have created 1-2 inch transitions back to the regular roadway pavement. Really tough on bikes.

Could a couple of bike racks be installed in front of 625 Mt. Auburn St.? It's a large office building with medical offices, and a few bike racks on the wide sidewalk would probably do well, especially since the bike lane was installed here during the Mt. Auburn Bus Priority Pilot. Thanks for looking in to it!

Bike rack post in front of bench at Fresh Pond Market is really loose and can spin ~45 degrees back and forth.

The flexpost nearest the stop bar at the intersection of Mass Ave and Trowbridge St. is missing - it looks like the base is still bolted to the pavement there. It would be great to get it replaced because it prevents traffic turning off Mass Ave onto Trowbridge from taking the corner too tightly across the bike lane.

At corner of Garden/Field/Alpine, on the park side, there is a sign post in the ground but no sign attached. Is there a new sign going up, or an old one being removed? Seems like this might not be safe if it is left alone.

This sidewalk surface near 25 Newell is really unfriendly to low mobility users, and there's no warning it's there so they can cross the street to avoid it. Could it get replaced with concrete or pavement?

There is a pothole in the middle of the eastbound lane of Upland Rd. about halfway between Walnut and Mt. Vernon streets.

The house under renovation at 154-156 Fayerweather St has been dumping continually in the storm drain for weeks. Someone reported this previously, but it looks like that issue was closed as "resolved" but nothing changed and there wasn't an explanation either (SCF issue 5547548).

Is it ok for property owners to just run drainage lines out of houses and onto the sidewalk? This is similar to what's happening at a house next door (339-341 Concord Ave.), where a sump pump is running dirt and rocks off the property and onto the sidewalk (SCF issue 5733775).
