Pothole worsening at entrance road to Hwy 13 SB.

I've submitted 4 photos on 4 separate requests because I was unable to place al four together on one. Sorry.

Please note the situation when a vehicle enters the intersection/roadway when these cars are parked.

It needs to be a no parking zone for a couple of hundred feet, period. When cars are parked here, the street narrows to only 13' wide.

Large gouge in the center of the road where the double yellow line is located. Creates quite a jolt if your car runs over it and a good chance that there will be significant damage.

Badly deteriorated section of the street, leading into Mandalay from Buckeye, adjacent to Hillcrest School. It forces a car making a right-hand turn further out into the intersection instead of closer to the curb. Not a safe situation, especially in this school zone.

This guardrail has been in this bent-up, rusted, falling-apart state SINCE THE OAKLAND FIRE 30 YEARS AGO! Doesn't someone think that it's about time for a new one?

Street is badly buckled and has been for YEARS. The patch job of asphalt for the concrete road is very unsatisfactory. If an emergency vehicle or police car has to traverse this spot, it is very dangerous. Bad enough that it's very annoying for us regular drivers. This is just before accessing the entrance to Lake Temescal park.

Recent sewer lateral job that was done for the sale of 139 Wilding Lane, the street above Buckeye Avenue.
Apparently, the contractor has not gone back and fully repaired the patch job they've done for the EBMUD compliance. To pass inspection, they should have repaired the street properly.

This portion (and much of) this street is not adequately wide enough to accommodate parking on both sides of the street. A passenger car could barely pass through this morning (and other times), let alone an emergency vehicle or a garbage truck.
Some sort of parking restriction needs to be implemented. There's already one at 10 Buckeye but it's ignored and the sign has been tampered with so that the instructions are worthless. That issue has been outstanding on a 311 ticket here for about 1000 days (yes, 1000 days) and NOTHING has been done. HELLO, City of Oakland. Is anyone home?

I realize that there is not a NO PARKING SIGN here, but I've asked this neighbor (who lives across the street) very nicely, to please not park there because it partially blocks the narrow intersection, causing your vehicle to swerve to the left, into the oncoming traffic's lane. If someone is approaching from the other side (and they do quite often two times during the day for Hillcrest School's commute traffic), it is a real hazard, if not only an annoyance. Isn't there a rule that says that one cannot park, in effect, in an intersection? Can we get a NO PARKING zone for 100' or so on the south side of this STOP sign? (there already is NO PARKING on the north side, which is a narrow turn--see guardrail). Thanks.

Nice that Broadway Terrace is getting a new resurfacing, however, CLAREWOOD DRIVE, JUST AROUND THE CORNER, HASN'T BEEN PAVED IN ABOUT 60 YEARS! IT'S IN MUCH WORSE SHAPE THAN BT. WHEN IS CLAREWOOD DRIVE GOING TO BE UP FOR THE SAME TREATMENT?
