    Good morning!

    Hey, I live on a new-ish street (5 years or less) called A Arredondo Circle. We currently don’t have any streetlight here and at dusk or it’s eirily dark around here. Would you happen to know how/who to request a streetlight for us please?

    Hi guys! During this last storm, it was so windy that one tree in front of my house started tapping at the roof of my house. My wife is concerned that it might break something if another storm comes around. Any chance that we could get that trimmed please? (Especially one branch in the picture please). The next tree is where the lightpost is (also shown in picture, right there between my house and my neighbor's property). There are branches that are touching some electricity wires that run there. Might cause an issue if a storm breaks them and fall on them. Could we do something about them too please? Thank you so much for your help!!

    From the Sewer separation project, there are 3 trees in gator bags (not planted) that seemed forgotten on this corner. I assume they were supposed to be planted somewhere close by but it has been weeks and one of them even looks dead now (it has been very hot lately). I can find them a home but I prefer to tell you guys in case you have something planned for them, i just don't want all of them to die. Can you please send someone to take a look please? Thanks!!

    We live in Bay State Road and we are very happy to see that the renovation work is almost finished. But there are a couple of issues:
    People are not respecting the 20 mph drive limit. They are taking this as an alternative to Concord Ave and we see and hear them go around 40 mph, accelerating greatly just after the Field St lot entrance (even when its a curve).

    This is an issue because THERE IS NO CROSSWALK at the intersection of Bay State and Birch St (between Field St and New St) which creates a makes for a dangerous combination. There are many people with little kids (and without) crossing at the level Bonny's Garden center to get to Imagine, to the Children's Village and of course to Bonny's. And when they get their flowers at Bonny's they have to cross back with their hands occupied, evading cars. Some cars reduce their speed when they see people trying to cross, but most of them don't and that is just an accident waiting to happen.

    What can we do about this, please?

    Traffic calming or an additional crosswalk at the intersection with Birch St and Bay State (or further down closer to the apartments at 42-50 Bay State Rd) should be options on the table. I won't even talk about the noisy Harley motorcycles at 6 am, but talking for all the people with kids it is worrying to see that this street is becoming a highway due to these high speed, infringing cars...

    Hi Boston team!

    There is a huge pothole on Soldiers Field Rd. It is exactly located below the North Harvard St bridge that crosses over Soldiers Field Rd, on the lane closest to Harvard Stadium (i.e.: (going towards the i90 exit, the lane on the right). Every car hits it. Could you please patch it up?

    Hello!

    There is a huge pothole on i90W, exit 24C toward i93, right after it divides from exit 24B/C. The pieces of asphalt are also a hazard to windshields since I've seen them come apart from previous cars transiting the exit so it is only a matter of time and/or luck. Could you direct this to the right department to get this fixed please?

    I have 4 bags of yard waste (leaves and small tree twigs) on the sidewalk at 67 Bay State Rd. They weren't picked up on Tuesday even though they were apart from the trash and in refuse bags. Could you schedule their pickup please and get back to me with it?

    As part of the Concord Avenue Sewer Separation project, there are 2 trees planned to be planted in a new green area in the corner of Birch Street and Bay State Rd. My wife and I are wondering if we could have some input on the tree species to be planted, to add some color to the neighborhood. If we can, we would like to see either a red maple tree, a blue spruce or a pink or white dogwood there.
